eduINNOVATIONS, an educational consulting
firm, was founded in 2005 by two former independent school
administrators whose combined experience in schools exceeds
60 years. They have brought to their work a wealth of shared
knowledge and experience and an understanding that what works
for one person or one school isn't necessarily right for another.
Clients benefit from a personalized approach to each task
and the dedication to helping educators improve in areas of
practice, program and planning.
eduINNOVATIONS launched the Beginning
Administrators'™ Institute (BAI) in 2006. This intensive training
experience, offered each summer for four and a half days on
the campus of Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, NJ, is
targeted for independent school administrators with 0-3 years
of experience. Jean Lamont and Sally Mixsell are the co-founders
and presenters of the BAI. Click on the bar to the left for

Effective March 1, 2008, Jean Lamont is a partner with
Educators'™ Collaborative, LLC, an educational search and consulting
firm. She will continue to co-present the BAI (see above)
and offer the services listed below. She can be contacted

Effective July 1, 2008, Sally Mixsell will be Head of
School at Stoneleigh-Burnham School in Greenfield, MA. She
