In the area of administrative coaching and mentoring, eduINNOVATIONS is no longer
the umbrella organization offering consulting services. Jean Lamont, co-founder
of eduINNOVATIONS and now with Educators'™ Collaborative, currently offers mentoring and coaching services. Transition
support is available to new administrators who will benefit from an experienced,
external, and confidential sounding board; leadership training in the
context of the job is offered to any administrator seeking to explore
new avenues
for growth. Though much of her work is with administrators new to their
position, she is pleased to work with administrators at any stage of
their careers

Administrative coaching and mentoring work may include:
On-site visits and distance communication are possible. A specific action plan
and timeline for communication are developed as appropriate to the client.
In addition, periodic progress reports to the Head of School may also be
incorporated into the plan.
